Corporate desert activities Dubai need matched vehicles, a fixed window and one point of contact. Send group size and date and we will stage the convoy so nobody waits at the base.

Recommended vehicles: Multi-vehicle convoy. Every price is per vehicle, so a 2-seater at AED 300 covers two people rather than charging each of you.
Arrive at the Al Awir base, sign in, get fitted for a helmet and take the briefing. Nobody drives off until harnesses are checked.
The route starts on flat sand to let everyone find the controls, then moves onto progressively steeper dune faces. A lead guide sets the pace and a sweep stays at the back so the group never splits.
Ready to lock in a date? Send your group size and we will confirm availability the same day.
No UAE or international driving licence is needed on guided routes.
Most groups add a desert safari and BBQ camp stop after the ride rather than booking two separate trips.
Pickup runs from across Dubai, see Downtown, Marina and Sharjah routes for drive times.

Not for guided buggy and quad routes. The minimum age is 14 to drive a buggy, and it varies by quad: 6 for the fenced kids area, 12 in the boundary area, 14 for open desert and the Raptor 700, and 14 for the KTM 450.
Helmet, safety briefing, harness check, fuel and a guide riding with your group. Nothing is added at the base. If a transfer is involved we quote it upfront rather than at the end.
Yes. Children from six can ride the 70–90cc quads in a fenced area away from the main dunes. Children can also sit as passengers in a 4-seater buggy driven by an adult.
October to April is the most comfortable, with daytime temperatures around 24–30°C. May to September still works well for early-morning sessions starting shortly after sunrise. The red dunes hold their colour year-round.
Closed shoes, clothes you do not mind getting sandy, and sunglasses. Bring sunscreen. We provide the helmet. Avoid loose scarves and anything that can catch.
A buggy is a side-by-side car with a roll cage, seatbelts and a steering wheel, more protected, easier to learn, and it carries passengers. A quad is a straddle machine you steer with your body. Quads are more physical and more direct. Most first-timers find a buggy easier.
