Q1How fast do you reply?
WhatsApp is usually within minutes during the day. We are open 24/7, so late night messages get picked up too, though a reply may take a little longer.
Q2Do I have to pay to reserve a slot?
No deposit on standard bookings. Cash, card and bank transfer are all accepted, and you can pay on the spot at the base. Nothing is due when you message us.
Q3Can you collect from my hotel?
Hotel pickup and drop-off within Dubai is free on every booking. Outside Dubai we quote the transfer before you commit, so there is no surprise on the day.
Q4What should I include in my first message?
Date, how many people are riding, and their ages. Ages decide which machines are even an option, so it saves a round of questions.
Q5Can I change or cancel after booking?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your slot. Inside 24 hours, message us anyway. Our first move is to find you another date rather than charge you.
Q6Do you handle large or corporate groups?
Yes. Group bookings are quoted separately so vehicles and guides can be planned properly. Send the headcount and date and we will come back with options.
